DAK WUKAO – The King of SomaVeda® Hip Opening, Thai Yoga Therapy Asana
by Ajahn, Dr. Anthony B. James
of the SomaVeda College of Ayurveda and Thai Yoga Center
In traditional Hatha Yoga parlance this posture is know commonly as the “Sleeping or Half Pigeon Pose or asana.
In the SomaVeda® Thai Yoga applications or clinical usage we add the “facilitated” as it would be very difficult to perform this yoga therapy posture on yourself. Yes, it is easy and possible to do the generic Hatha Yoga version by yourself, on yourself… using your own body position and body weight to create downward pressure on the pinned leg.
The SomaVeda® Thai Yoga based clinical application rotates the affected leg through four or more positions individually in sequence to progressively release obstruction in the hips. Each of the incremental position emphasis are designed to create a wave or progressive release of not only the hip but all connected joints, below and above the pelvis it’s self… i.e. from ankle, knee, pelvis (anterior and posterior), sacrum, S.I, and low back! Not only it the art of the positioning complex on behalf of the therapist, but there are further considerations of Energy, Attention, Consciousness, Breath and Pressure which the therapist co-facilitates as they guide the patient, receiver through the process of receiving! One example being the use of Prana Yama technique specifically appropriate to the release and desired outcome.
(Facilitated Ardis Eka Pada Rajakapotasana: Sleeping or Half Pigeon Pose: Four Positions)
Each of the four primary positions is meant to be only an ideal application and not precisely an outcome in and of it’s self. Each progressive positioning creates it’s own corrective stress and opportunity for either the release of obstructed Prana, Chi, Breath and or the energy coirculating through the Thai Sen Lines (Kalarthari, Ittha, Pingkala, Sahatsaransi, Thawai, Nantakrawat and Khitchanna) as well as the primary meridians of the lateral, medial and posterior leg… ( Gall Bladder, Bladder, Liver, Spleen and Kidney).
Additionally, The progressions of the four primary positions act as “Open the Wind Gate” or “open the Lom” technique for several Ayurveda Marma or “Thai Lom” of the ankle, lower leg, upper leg, hip and lower abdomen (Gulpha, Indrabasti, Janu, Vitapa & Basti).
This beautiful sequence based progressive rotation into the four positions also acts as a traction and decompression technique for the joints involved themselves as well as for the major tissue, muscle, connective tissue and fascia! It can be especially powerful in decompressing the knee and the hip facilitating fluid transfer, reduction of inflammation and exchange of vital energy and nutrients which may have become stagnant due to injury or atrophy from lack of use.
According to one source looking at it from a physical therapy lens “It intensifies the action innthe hamstrings of the front leg because of the deeper hip flexion and more compression over the front leg. At the same time, it dminishes the action in the back hip and spine. By adducting the front leg, the piriformis is brought into lengthening action”, {Kaminoff}.
In my opinion this then greatly reduces any direct impingement or pressure on the sciatic nerve reducing sensitivity and or “sciatica” type of pain.
DAK WUKAO (Facilitated Ardis Eka Pada Rajakapotasana: Sleeping or Half Pigeon Pose:Four Positions)
“Working the first position in Dak Wukao”
Dak Wukao is a passive range-of-motion type of therapeutic hip opening posture (asana) working the hip, lower back, ankle, and knee. This posture is 180 degrees rotation of the classic Yoga
Therapy posture. Instead of the client facing down they are supine. Instead of the client’s body weight providing the pressure necessary for the release, the practitioner’s body weight emulates the floor!
Position: Move up close to the hip, positioning your body with knees spread in such a way as to frame the hip. Raise the client’s knee upright and have their shin parallel to the floor.
The first three positions are set up the same way, with only the active hand (Live Hand) moving or changing position. Additional emphasis is to direct the knee towards or slightly outside of the shoulder on the same side to avoid binding the lower abdomen.
Position 1. Wrist: The practitioner takes the bent leg of the client with the lower hand and places the wrist of the top hand tight behind the knee. He then leans forward bracing the shoulder against the outer knee of the client. Pressure is applied by simply leaning farther forward, pushing the bent leg downward toward the client’s chest. Hold the bottom most position 5 seconds, then slowly release by backing up.
Position 2. Middle Forearm: The practitioner takes the bent leg of the client with the lower hand and places the middle forearm of the top arm behind the knee. He then leans forward bracing the shoulder against the outer knee of the client. Pressure is applied by simply leaning farther forward, pushing the bent leg downward toward the client’s chest. Hold the bottom most position 5 seconds, then slowly release by backing up.
Position 3. Upper Forearm: The practitioner takes the bent leg of the client with the lower hand and places the upper forearm of the top arm behind the knee. He then leans forward bracing the shoulder against the outer knee of the client. Pressure is applied by simply leaning farther forward, pushing the bent leg downward toward the client’s chest. Hold the bottom most position 5 seconds, then slowly release by backing up.
Position Four. Straight Arm Press:
The last and final position is to remove (roll out) the top arm entirely from behind the knee, and with one hand holding the foot and one on the knee, with straight arms, press the leg as far toward the body as possible, by leaning forward, then release slowly.
Indications: Provides the external rotation and flexion that your hips need to remain agile; releases tension in your hips from sitting all day. Stretches the thighs, groin and Psoas muscles, abdomen, chest and shoulders, and neck, compresses and stimulates the abdomen, abdominal organs and the energetic structures of the Chakras, Sen Lines,Lom/ Marma from the feet to the core of the body.
In traditional application we work the affected side asymetrically and emphasis the affected side (male or female) with whatever is the appropriate Dosha balancing emphasis of Vatta, Pitta or Kapha indicated. The means either faster,
repetitively, deeper, slower or even holding each position longer with counterpart Prana Yama emphasis.
Because of the powerful and specific energetic and core focus, the client will often experience emotional release and or the triggering of Old Unresolved Negative Emotional Issues “NEMO’s”. Now is a good time to manifest the hand of healing!

Step #1 is not to be ignorant! “There is NO excuse not to know the law!” as the courts like to say to the chagrin of many medical, allied medical, and or complementary health providers and ministers of any kind…
Traditional Thai Yoga, Thai Ayurveda, Traditional Thai Massage, and Traditional Thai Yoga Massage are NOT Massage or Massage Therapy as defined under any State Law in the USA! They are indigenous, religious therapeutics that are the cultural heritage of tribal peoples, adopted in the US as religious therapeutics by the Native American Indigenous Church in 1992.
I stopped being surprised at how little healing arts practitioners KNOW about the law in general and precisely what they base their and their family’s life and livelihood upon. I want to help, if possible, to sort it out, and more than that, at the end of this article, to offer some concrete solutions to bring light into your legal darkness. I will walk you through some basic legal concepts and, depending on your starting point, more advanced ones.
Read through to the bottom and click the “How To Win In Court” image and link.
What’s a Thai Yoga and or Traditional Thai Massage certificate?
What’s a massage license?
How are they different?
When and where do you need them?
How do you get them?
What must you know to practice Thai Healing Arts legally in the U.S.A.?
You will find all the answers right here! Be forewarned, as the subject deserves a good response. This post is long, and you may need to read it more than once.
Many therapists, especially in the U.S.A., passionately argue for licensing. However, this article is not about opinions and preferences but strictly about facts and the legal side of massage vs. Traditional Thai Yoga Massage/ Thai Yoga/ Traditional Thai Massage and spiritual/energetically based, religious therapeutics, and healing arts.
Every practitioner of a religious therapeutic healing art must be precise and know the legal basis for their practice.
We here at N.A.I.C. (Native American Indigenous Church Inc. Tribal Organization, Thai Yoga Center, can answer the question and provide a legal basis for you to practice anywhere!
Certification versus licensing
We first need to understand that there is a difference between certification and licensing.
Certification Definition:the action or process of providing someone or something with an official document attesting to a status or level of achievement: a fundamental requirement for organic certification | the certification of teachersan official document attesting status or level of achievement: graduates who want to gain industry-recognized credentials. – certifies all or part of the following:
You are qualified to practice Thai Yoga/ Traditional Thai Massage.
You possess the necessary understandings (knowledge) and competencies (skills)
You have had a certain amount of training, i.e., minimum standards apply.
Certification is only about qualification, skills, and training. It does not automatically give you the legal right to practice ANY healing, medical,l or therapeutic art, Thai or otherwise.
Licensing Definition: “a permit from an authority to own or use something, do a particular thing, or carry on a trade (especially in alcoholic beverages): a gun license | [as modifier]: vehicle license fees.• formal or official permission to do something: logging is permitted under the support from the Forest Service. • Medical and or Allied Medical and or Massage license,e etc.
Many misbelieve that you can only do healing work IF you are “Licensed” by the state! First of all, it’s NOT TRUE! This myth is often perpetuated by “Massage Therapists” and State Massage Boards. Massage is legally defined as “Rubbing for Money,” regardless of alleged benefits. According to Massage organizations and State Massage Boards, Massage is very dangerous, and practitioners must be restricted and licensed by the respective states! Please, not all states have these wacky rules.
A legal entity, like a state licensing board, generally issues a license. However, this Massage Therapy practice is defined strictly and has the statutory scope of practice rules and conditions! Thus, a Massage License gives you the legal right to practice massage (Rubbing for Money) IF your jurisdiction has licensing laws (not all do).
Let me reiterate that some states still do not have licensing requirements for a massage! Please note, however, that they may have local jurisdictional codes or rules by county, city, etc., which may have the same effect as a message ordinance.
Additionally, all those laws change frequently.
The Fly in the Legal Ointment!
If…
Certification means you can practice massage or any indigenous traditional healing art, such as Thai Yoga or Traditional Thai Massage.
Licensing (if required) gives you the legal right to practice massage.
The issue is that Traditional Thai Yoga (SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Therapy) or “Traditional Thai Massage” is NOT Massage or Massage Therapy as defined by law!
There are Special Rules for Thai Yoga Therapy and or Traditional Thai Massage
In the case of Thai Yoga, there are special considerations to take into account. It depends on how massage and/or bodywork are defined. Thai Yoga is quite different from massage and or massage therapy. It is an entirely different animal. Thai Traditional Yoga Therapy (“Ryksaa Thang Nuad Phaen Boran Thai- Reussi Dotton”) is Classical Ayurveda from Thailand. It is the traditional medicine and healing practice of millions of tribal and indigenous peoples and is an integral part of their indigenous religious practices.
It is the manipulative discipline of Thai Traditional Medicine, encompassing Thai Ayurveda (including Thai Traditional Physical Therapy, T.T.P.T./Tok Sen/Tit Tar, and Thai Traditional Naturopathy) (“Marmacikitsa/ Kayachikitsa“). Please read my earlier post for a deep discussion on “What Thai Yoga” is. What is Thai Yoga Part 1 and Thai Yoga Part 2?
2)(f) Is a rabbi, priest, minister, or member of the clergy of any religious denomination or sect when engaging in activities that are within the scope of the performance of their regular or specialized ministerial duties and for which no separate charge is made, or when such activities are performed, with or without charge, for or under the auspices or sponsorship, individually or in conjunction with others, of an established and legally cognizable church, denomination, or sect, and when the person rendering service remains accountable to the established authority thereof.
“Nothing in this section shall prevent or restrict the practice of a person who uses touch, words or directed movement to deepen awareness of patterns of motion in the body, or the affectation of the human energy system or acupoints or Qi meridians of the human body while engaged within the scope of practice of a profession with established standards and ethics, but such services shall not be designated or implied to be massage or massage therapy.
Such practices shall include, but not be limited to, the Feldenkrais Method; Reflexology; The Trager Approach; Ayurvedic Therapies, Rolf Structural Integration, Polarity or Polarity Therapy; Polarity Therapy Bodywork; Asian Bodywork Therapy that does not constitute massage as defined in this chapter; Acupressure; Jin Shin Do; Qi Gong; Tui Na; Shiatsu; Body-Mind Centering and Reiki. These exempt practitioners may use the terms” bodywork,” bodyworker,” and” bodywork therapist” in their promotional literature. “
In the first example, if you’re a religious practitioner meeting the required qualifications, you not only do not have to have a license, but you’re expressly exempt from the legal requirement.
In the Massachusetts example, under the secular rule, an implied exception can be inferred, but it is not explicitly stated. Furthermore, as it is a secular law, it can be changed at any time!
Not only is this confusing, but it also does not answer whether a license is required to practice Thai.
Maybe we are asking the wrong question. The question is NOT whether you need a license, but under what legal basis you can practice regardless of having a permit.
The question of “Thai” stems from our community adopting Classical and traditional Ayurveda medicine of Thailand, as well as Thai Yoga Therapy (Traditional Thai Massage), as authentic, and spiritually based healing methods or systems suitable for our tribal organization and members to practice. Ayurveda is essentially a religious or spiritual discipline or traditional medicine passed down in oral traditions for hundreds and in some cases thousands of years. It is a UNESCO-protected indigenous cultural heritage, the indigenous medicine heritage of Thailand, Burma, India, and Sri Lanka.
Because we are a Native Tribal and Indigenous Tribal Organization (NAIC: Tribal Church- Faith-Based Religious Organization) and Aboriginal community, we have been researching this issue and question for years. Many bright minds and experts have weighed in on our legal rights to practice.
We pass this wisdom on to you now!
First, if you define or call what you do Massage or Massage Therapy (rubbing on people for money), then GET A LICENSE!
Once you have that license, follow the ethics and scope of practice, don’t cheat, and don’t violate the restrictive scope of practice, and you’ll be fine.
However, if you want to practice the healing and original traditional Thai Yoga/ traditional “Thai Massage” legally in the U.S., you don’t need a license but legal AUTHORIZATION!
Remember the Florida Code and the exemptions I listed above? A religious exemption to practice is “on the books” in every state. Some conditions determine if you meet the criteria for exemption. However, we can show you the ins and outs of this process.
NO Loopholes! Come into the light and develop your healing practice and career in the morning. Don’t risk yourself and your family working under loopholes, “under the table,” etc.
N.A.I.C. Legal Shield To continue your ability to practice Spiritually and or Energetically based Indigenous, Traditional, Natural, and or Native Healing and Wellness Services, Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, Thai Yoga, and or Thai Massage or related, you will need to become an active Member of N.A.I.C. according to your authorized scope of practice. If you practice any form of alternative, complementary, or religious-spiritually-based healing work and either do not have a license or are practicing outside your mandated scope of practice, you are at risk! Many states actively pass laws restricting all forms of energy, indigenous, traditional, and natural medicine, as well as healing. Take the new Maryland Law HB 1156 as an example:
This abusive and unconstitutional law is being suggested and implemented nationwide!
N.A.I.C. Inc. is not legally responsible for any former students, practitioners, ministers, and or teachers ‘ nonmember activities for services rendered. You must have an active N.A.I.C. membership to qualify for legal protection under our authority.
Your previous training and certificates via other organizations or Holistic, alternative, or complementary wellness or therapeutic associations, T.H.A.I., I.T.T.A., Thai Yoga Center, Yoga Alliance, N.C.B.T.M.B., I.A.Y.T., Y.A., A.B.M.P., A.M.T.A., Clayton, N.A.M.A., A.A.P.N.A., various state medical boards, including allied medical boards, etc. DO NOTprovide legal protections for all the healing work you can do. However, they may qualify you for N.A.I.C. Legal Shield. Membership.
The Elephant in the Room!
Of course, the elephant in the room is your SCOPE of Practice! Even if you have a medical or allied medical license from any particular state… Ask yourself, Does this license give me the legal right to do what I do? What I mean by this is, do you practice medicine? Because if you do, you may violate many aspects of your license and be subject to citation, violation, fine, citation, or criminal proceedings daily! Enforcement of breaches of the scope of practice is random, and just because you have not been cited yet does not mean you are safe or immune from illegal, unethical citations, fines, and/or criminal procedures.
Let us consider the current legal climate and narrative of hysteria surrounding all healthcare practices, especially any form of traditional or indigenous-based complementary or “alternative” medical or healing practices!
Here are some common areas in which well-meaning but uninformed practitioners regularly run afoul of state medical and or massage boards:
Do you give health advice in your consultations or services? Food, Eating, Nutrition, Supplements, Juicing, weight loss, relating to any condition or health issue of any kind?
Do you ever assess or make ANY specific recommendations for alleviating, reducing, improving, remediating, controlling, or managing any diagnosed illness?
Do you recommend any treatments, sessions, or programs that are hands-on for any specific and/or diagnosed health or medical condition at any time?
Do you use any adjuncts, tools, mechanical aids, vibrations, light, sound, water, mechanical vibrators, or electro-acupuncture devices of any kind ever?
Do you do ANY psychological, emotional, mental health, or wellness counseling? Including Tapping, E.F.T., A.O. Scan, Any Frequency Body Scan or treatment, B.E.T., T.F.T., “Energy Psychology,” etc.?
Do you use or integrate ANY Native American Ritual, Sacrament, Ceremony, Herbs, Essential Oils, or any traditional indigenous medicine, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Homeopathy, Nature Cure, Yoga Therapy, or fitness recommendations into your healing, therapy, or wellness services?
Are you subject to draconian and unreasonable State Health Department “Mandates, Suggested Guidelines” regarding your rights to practice or work? Mandates and Suggested Guidelines are not laws. No Governor nor the Health Department can make or unilaterally pass any law. It is a violation of their Oath of Office to do so! But what are your rights to practice or to engage in healing work or ministry?
Would you like to do or use any of the above now or in the future?
Here are a few more questions:
Ask yourself:
Was your healing and natural medicine training an apprentice-style approach?
Did you learn Traditional, Indigenous Thai Yoga or Thai Massage in Thailand and now want to practice it legally in the U.S.?
Was your training in Native American and or Indigenous Medicine?
Do you have a current license but are having issues with your full scope of practice?
Do you practice Ayurveda, Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Thai Yoga, and or Thai Massage, Indigenous Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupressure, or Shiatsu?
Do you practice Reiki, Pranic healing, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Spiritual Massage, or “Crystal” healing?
Do you counsel and or advise on nutrition, food, diet, eating lifestyle, supplementation, nutrients, or another regimen to enhance wellness or address illness?
Do you practice detoxification programs, such as Panchakarma?
Do you practice emotional healing, energy psychology, traditional naturopathy, holistic psychology, or psychotherapy?
Want to get out of the Massage Therapy licensing/ Taxed therapy “gerbil wheel?”
Do you use or recommend Herbs, sacraments, and unconventional herbal therapies for healing?
Need legal protection and freedom from expensive liability insurance issues?
Do you practice Homeopathy, Radionics, Rife therapy, or other energy-based healing modalities?
Do you carry or use Native American Sacrament, Birds of Prey feathers, in your healing work for yourself or others?
Do you believe healing, therapy, and wellness are human and constitutional rights?
Are you concerned that laws and governmental authorities may limit your and your family’s access to healthcare?
Are you concerned about mandatory Vaccination issues for yourself or your children?
Have you been hiding your healing work? Keeping it on the “Down Low,” avoiding marketing or advertising because of fear?
If any of the above is true…
Well, you should know the answer by now! We can help you!
Time to step into the light!
Loopholes can be changed and closed. Let us show you how to safely bring your healing work and natural medicine into the light as an N.A.I.C. Medicine Licentiate-license holder. Don’t base or plan the future of your practice, your life, and your family’s future on a legal basis that can be taken away from you on short notice. Furthermore, this may be used against you in court.
However, to qualify for the legal protections offered under N.A.I.C. Authority and Membership or Authorized Blessed Medicine Cards Program, additional training and or N.A.I.C. Certification may be required. It will help if you meet N.A.I.C. guidelines and qualifications and our rules, procedures, and guidelines for practice.
Further Clarification: Detox Programs, Bio-Energetic, E.F.T., Bio-Tapping, Massage, Reiki, Herbology, Homeopathy, Flower Remedies, Aroma Therapy, Traditional Naturopathy, Birth and lactation assisting-consulting, Kinesiology, Native American Medicine, Lomi Lomi, Acupressure, Ministerial Counseling, and Psychological Services, Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, Yunani Medicine, SomaVeda®, Thai Yoga, Thai Massage, Pancha Karma, Nutritional and or Food Counseling, Iridology, Frequency, Rife, Quest, A.O. Scan or Scalar energy-based therapy are all possible issues legally. Individuals who engage in such conduct may face legal repercussions, including prosecution, censure, and sanctions, imposed by local, state, and federal authorities. Practicing any of these or any similar modalities or practices puts you “at risk.”
Question? What if I have a Massage, Massage Therapy, or other License? Doesn’t that protect me?
NO!
State and National Massage Therapy, Scope of Legal Practice, do NOT include many C.A.M. practices and therapies such as Ayurveda, Pancha Karma, Detox Programs, Assessments, Psychological and Emotional Therapies, Thai Yoga, Thai Massage, Yoga Therapy, Spiritually based Massage, Food, Eating and Supplement strategies, personal and spiritually based Psychological Counseling, etc. They may expressly prohibit you from doing them! (Read your Scope of Practice State Massage Law!) Furthermore, if you’re practicing outside your Legal Scope of Practice as defined in your particular state, your Liability Insurance does not cover these practices in the event of an accident or claimed injury. Most Massage Liability Insurance programs, such as A.M.T.A., A.B.M.P., etc., specifically state that in your practice outside your S.O.P., the policy is “null and void” in case of a claim!
The federal government and all Licensing States have hired additional investigators precisely to track down, investigate, and prosecute so-called “Unlicensed” practitioners. They have every legal right and mandate to do so. We recently received reports that unlicensed, out-of-scope-of-practice healers are being prosecuted, fined, convicted, and shut down because they lacked the foresight to plan and establish a legal basis for their tribal, religious, or spiritually based healing work.
Let’s repeat it… No Loopholes! The only reasonable answer to avoid legal and liability issues is to establish and claim your right to practice today with an N.A.I.C. Membership.
We want to ensure all our graduates and former and current students’ right to practice without fear or interference. If you have not applied for the appropriate N.A.I.C. Authorized Membership, do so today!
Take immediate and positive action to create a legal basis for your healing work today! Don’t put your practice, clients, or life at risk of legal jeopardy! Come out of the “Loop Hole” shadows. Stop basing your future on “Maybe no one will file a complaint.”
If you’re unsure if your specific practice is covered or have any questions regarding N.A.I.C. Membership or our Authorized Blessed Medicine Card Program, contact us today by email or phone.
N.A.I.C. Legal Shield is the only way! Every day and around our Nation, the Native American Indigenous Church, our parent organization, and its members are successfully standing up for their constitutional rights under the protective umbrella of N.A.I.C. This protection is showing itself in the exchange of healing and healthcare services, protecting access to indigenous traditional and natural medicine, protecting the right to use prayer, affirmation, energy, and laying on of hands, transporting, receiving, utilizing Sacred Sacraments, and N.A.I.C. independent branches receiving relief from property taxes, etc.
The only way to benefit is to become a member. The only way you can share the umbrella of N.A.I.C. legal protections for your rights is to be a member. The only way to practice and express your legitimate, healing, and natural medicine-based approach is to be a member. Becoming a member is the only way to guarantee your family, friends, and clients access to your practice. Join our N.A.I.C. community today!
What about schools, clinics, and or intentional healing communities?

I published an Article in March of 2011 because of my families history with vaccine injury… To see or read the original article in it’s full length go to The Truth about Vaccines
As much as things change in some ways they remain the same!!
News and November 27th, 2020 Update!
Two New Video’s Everyone Needs to see!
We need to know the Pro’s and Cons. We need to know the risk and any possible rewards. This necessary information is not just for parents! Now that we are in the “Corona” age amid the shrill tone, the hue and cry for a “universal” vaccine? What is the real story? I do not know all the details as the Vaccine landscape is changing from day to day. I can tell you the CDC, The FDA, The US HHS is not sharing the whole story, not by a long shot. This is going to be a long issue affecting us and our children for decades and we need to know the players, the agenda, the real science from the mouth of the worlds top experts and the risks heading our way so we can make informed decisions on our person, professional, familial and societal position in regard to making choices about the indiscriminate and possibly, forceful mandated vaccination programs on the horizon.
New Course!
“Insight Into Vaccines for Thai Yoga, Ayurveda and Healing Arts Practitioners” now available on the LearnThaiYoga.Teachable.com platform! An amazing and comprehensive deep dive into the issues and concerns, the helpful resources to Vaccine issues for the professional therapist, their clients and their family. Start Today!
A little over twenty years ago, when my nephew was only about 2 years old he suffered an irreparable injury from a mandated vaccine cocktail. He was a precocious, active, talkative, walking, climbing, laughing, cuddly baby boy. No illnesses or underlying conditions… i.e. perfect bill of health. My Brother and sister in-law took him to the Pediatrician for his mandated “standard” vaccinations (see graphic)
Immediately upon receiving the last shot he started screaming and curled up into a little ball. He screamed as if gasoline had been poured on him and set on fire. Later I learned this type of screaming when in extreme pain has it’s own name… it’s called keening and is typical of sounds we make when in extreme pain before dying of trauma. He could not be consoled. He did eventually stop this continuous screaming … when he entered into a coma. He was in a coma for between 24 and 48 hrs. and when he recovered he was no longer the same child. He no longer could speak, was unresponsive to verbal or any other type of stimulation, would start screaming again if touched and would no longer make eye contact. He rocked and mostly cried. He could no longer crawl or walk.
The first time after this, the first time he offered to be touched and volunteered a hug to me, his uncle, was at my mom’s funeral 20 something years later! I can not say how much I was moved by the simple gesture.
He was diagnosed with severely affected “Rapid Onset” Autism Spectrum disorder and life with an autistic son and nephew began. The Doctors and nurses told us it was a random “act of God”, even though in real time the odds of having a sudden (within minutes) deterioration into a coma after receiving his vaccination, not being related to the vaccination are infinitesimally small. We learned later than not only did this “occasionally” happen, but it happened so often the Federal government has set up a “Vaccine Court” to settle the cases under gag orders. If the truth got out to the average person in the public… no one would risk the life and future of their own child.
I have been researching Vaccines for a solid fifteen years and have learned much. I have learned to hope. After learning that the likely suspect in my nephews Autism was in fact a vaccination, I also learned of research into9 reducing the harmful effects he had suffered and to lead him to be less severely affected and to be able to be restored to some health and productive life. Through primarily changes in diet and the use of supplements including specialized probiotic’s, I am proud to say he is doing terrific. Yes, he still has Autism and issues, but as a millenial Young man he now has a job, hobbies and is quite the savant when it comes to dinosaurs!
I want to pass on the information that I and hundreds of thousands of parents and concerned scientist from both the US and around the world have learned to date about Vaccinations! You are going to have to make informed choices in the not so distant future. I am not saying what you as an individual or parent should do other than if and when you need to make a choice make an informed one.
My friends and associates Ty and Charlene Bollinger have put together an incredible team of scientists, Health and Vaccine experts to create the most up to date, current and accurate presentation on every aspect of vaccines.
The Bad News! So far as of today… the risk of death associated with Covid exposure is proportional to complicating , underlying chronic and or acute pre-existing issues. As I read through the numbers I see the vast majority on morbid outcomes occur for those individuals who ALREADY have severe health issues before becoming infected… Keep in mind the reason why so many are surprised or shocked when people die is because they didn’t consider the underlying, chronic diseases the patient was already dying or at risk of dying of a serious!
Read the whole article…But then try to find a way to wrap your head around the idea that the greatest health risk by far of Covid-19 to you and everyone you know is underlying unresolved heath issues and the chemical prescription drugs used to treat or control them!
Pre and Co-Morbidity! Coupled with deficient nutrition and rampant malnutrition, poor diet consisting of “Franken-foods” GMO’s, Artificial everything, anything, artificial sweeteners, out right malnutrition from common deficiencies of vitamin, minerals, Iodine, vitamin D, C etc. Lack of grounding, lack of sunshine, lack of fresh air, lack or insufficient exercise including load bearing and aerobic, chronic dehydration, insufficient deep sleep, Chronic constipation, Chronic Diarrhea, Gut Dysbiosis, Pre and Pro-biotics out of balance, ELF/ EMF Harmful energy exposure, Radiation from Chernobyl and Fukoshima… Don’t forget the many common Chemical Drugs/ Pharmaceutical that are known to shut down critical immune system functions…
Add in a real infectious vector Corona… Well you get the picture, right? It’s a perfect storm and the big numbers start to make sense!
Add in a real infectious vector Corona… It’s a perfect storm and the big numbers start to make sense!
The Good News! The solution? What we have been saying literally for the past 50 years. Concepts which still appear “novel” to the mainstream medical community and or industry. Conceptes which are labeled at best CAM i.e. complimentary and alternative medicine practices and at worst “Quackery”. Concepts such as Indigenous, traditional, Natural and Holistic Medicine and Health practices which reduce both the frequency, duration and morality of over 90% of the underlying chronic and acute issues which contribute to mortality (Death) including “Physician” caused death by malpractice and prescribing of harmful chemical and toxic drugs.
These CAM practices come by many names: Ayurveda, Traditional Thai Ayurveda- Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) including Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Yunani Medicine, Hilot Medicine, Naturopathy and Nature Cure Medicine, Monastic Medicine and or Religious Therapeutics, Native American Medicine, Herbology, Aroma-therapy, Acupressure, Light therapy, PEMF (Pulsed Electro-magnetic Therapy), Homeopathy, Chelation Therapy, Nutrition Therapy, Health Coach etc. These are all recognized by The Who, provide care for billions of people to some degree or another in the world today. What these all share in common is that they provide relatively safe, predictable and functional medicinal outcomes towards reducing or eliminating underlying chronic and or acute health issues with little or NO risk of associated death. They share aims for example to KEEP YOU OUT OF THE Hospital, the emergency room.
Short Term, What Do I DO? Sixteen Helpful Suggestions from the Doctor!
What to do until or while your waiting for an appointment for counseling or treatment protocol from your chosen provider?
In many states “social Distancing” guidelines and restrictions have recently been found to be unconstitutional and not based on science or sound medicine practice! Check your local and state guidelines to see if you live in a state where the Governor’s mandates have been found to be illegal and unscientific and or current status.
Do NOT wear a mask in public… It is not scientifically valid and for many causes far more harm than good! (See Video: Why are We Wearing Mask?) If you must wear a mask… Clean and re-sterilize your mask regularly: Wash with hot soapy water, rinse, dry in regular over at 130degrees for at least 20 min. Spray with Colloidal Silver and let air dry. However!Do Not mistake this recommendation as a “Health Recommendation”! It is NOT! Wearing a Mask, any mask for a prolonged time causes Hypoxia and oxygen starvation which begins immediately to cause harm…Watch this video… Truth Bombs! Rant #2: Why Are We Wearing Mask?
If you have a fever Do Not Go Out… Do Not Socialize and observe a voluntary stay at home. There are many reason other than Corona to have a fever, but for the care of those you love stay at home if you have a fever. This should be common sense.
Wash Your Hands before and after each session… There are many guides to this now that everyone is an expert! If unsure if your doing it right… go to YouTube and search!
Stay Healthy, drink plenty of water, eat right, get rid of the junk food, go outside, get plenty of sunshine, be happy , have some fun, enjoy your family and your pets!
Take your supplements! Now is not the time to be slack! If you need to order or restock, do so now as delivery times could be slower for a while. Take those minerals, Iodine, Vitamen C, D, Zinc. Take your probiotics. Ask about our Ayurveda, Chinese medicine and Herbal Medicine support recommendation’s!
Manage your diabetes by eating a mostly plant based diet. If necessary take a fortified meal supplement with digestive enzymes.
Eat more Sprouts!
Use an Infrared Sauna or Infrared Lamp, Bio-Mat etc.
DO NOT take any drug as protection AGAINST infection! Remember ALL Chemical Drugs and or Vaccines have serious adverse effects! Don’t take any drug unless you know what those side effects, even death, are and are making an informed decision.
Obtain a Nebulizer for both O2 therapy and or Colloidal Silver if need be.
Work on your emotional, mental and or psychiatric health and stay balanced! Use your BET/ Tapping/ EFT/ Energy Psychology to stay healthy and happy on the inside.
Let go of the minute by minute social diarrhrea and endless news updates… Once you know what your dealing with and where the real risk are coming from, then that is your point of focus! One more statistic is NOT going to assist you in either not becoming sick or dying of Corina!
Spend time with attractive and positive people! Phone, video, yelling over the fence! However, you can do it. Socializing is also a necessary part of an over all health plan.
Get real help for your pain issues! Back pain, neck pain, Knee pain… whatever it is there is a CAM Provider who can follow a safe protocol and treat your pain. Don’t suffer in silence because you don’t have to.
Make that appointment for a personal consultation. Most good SomaVeda® Thai Yoga, Ayurveda, TCM, Chiropracters, Holistic Health Coaches and Nutritionist Counselors are really busy right now, so you likely will have to plan ahead.
Schedule and start a SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Therapeutic Protocol with an NAIC Authorized Professionally Certified Professional to both reduce underlying health issues and build support for proper immune system function, to de-compress, de-stress and bring a joy for living back into your life!
In fact many hospitals and emergency rooms are turning sick people who are not severe and obviously infection (option) as it is. So where are these people, where are you and your family and or patient to turn to at this time? I say… same place recommended last year, and the year before… US! The holistic CAM provider is more your resource now than ever before. We are everywhere and in reality not hard to find. Seek out your provider and get cracking with some helpful counseling and therapy today. Don’t continue to procrastinate resolving the underlying health issues that yesterday might not have seemed so important but which today could contribute to taking your life!
Please note: I am not going to attempt to list all of the sources here! It’s overwhelming. There are literally thousands of scholarly and or scientific literature describing th morbidity and co-morbidity or these complication health issues.
Primary Immune disorder:
Usually inherited or caused by problems in genes of cells in the immune system, Characterized by infections that are severe, recurrent, and challenging to treat, More common than cystic fibrosis, affecting 1 in 1,200 people in the US:
AIDS/ HIV
Common variable immunodeficiency (CVID): People with CVID have decreased levels of antibodies (immunoglobulins) in the blood and are therefore more likely to get infections.
X-linked agammaglobulinemia (XLA): People with XLA—an inherited form of PI—have very few B cells, which are specialized white blood cells that help protect the body against infection.
Immune globulin G (IgG) Subclass Deficiency: IgG is divided into 4 subclasses: IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4. People are said to have an IgG subclass deficiency when they lack or have very low levels of 1 or more IgG subclasses, but their total IgG levels are normal.
Hyper-IgM (HIGM) Syndrome: People with HIGM syndrome have an excess of IgM and reduced levels of other immunoglobulins, including IgG and immune globulin A (IgA).
Selective IgA Deficiency: One of the most common types of PI in Caucasians, selective IgA deficiency, often goes undiagnosed in some people because they are never sick enough to be seen by a doctor. Others, however, may develop a variety of challenges that need medical attention.
Severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID): SCID, a serious form of PI, is a rare syndrome with multiple genetic causes.
Wiskott-Aldrich Syndrome: Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome is a PI disease that affects both the T and B lymphocytes.
DiGeorge Syndrome: DiGeorge syndrome is a PI disease caused by abnormal formation of certain tissues during fetal development. The defect may affect the thymus gland and impair production of T lymphocytes.
Ataxia-telangiectasia (A-T): A-T is a PI disease that affects a number of organs.
Pharmaceutical Drug Issues:
A) Drugs that cause side effects that can exacerbate mortality…
B) Drugs that either are known to cause or to increase risk of induced Pulmonary Disease:
C) Types of lung problems or diseases that may be caused by medicines include, but are not limited to:
Drug-induced interstitial lung disease
Symptoms of Drug-induced interstitial lung disease: dry cough and shortness of breath due to interstitial lung disease, an imaging study may be ordered. A “CT” scan of the chest would show changes (reticular or ground-glass opacities). Pulmonary function tests may also be ordered by your physician, which can show moderate-to-severe decreases in carbon monoxide diffusion capacity.
Sound familiar?
Allergic reactions — asthma, hypersensitivity pneumonitis, or eosinophilic pneumonia
Bleeding into the lung air sacs, called alveoli (alveolar hemorrhage)
Swelling and inflamed tissue in the main passages that carry air to the lungs (bronchitis)
Buildup of fluid between the layers of tissue that line the lungs and chest cavity (pleural effusion)
Many medicines and substances are known to cause lung disease in some people. These include:
Antibiotics, such as nitrofurantoin and sulfa drugs
Heart medicines, such as amiodarone
Chemotherapy drugs such as bleomycin, cyclophosphamide, and methotrexate
Street drugs
According to Merk…
Drug-induced pulmonary disease is not a single disorder, but rather a common clinical problem in which a patient without previous pulmonary disease develops respiratory symptoms, chest x-ray changes, deterioration of pulmonary function, histologic changes, or several of these findings in association with drug therapy. Over 150 drugs or categories of drugs have been reported to cause pulmonary disease; the mechanism is rarely known, but many drugs are thought to provoke a hypersensitivity response. Some drugs (eg, nitrofurantoin) can cause different injury patterns in different patients.

List of Drugs that cause Lung and Heart Injury
Amiodarone is the most common heart drug that causes pulmonary abnormalities. Used for the treatment of atrial fibrillation, pulmonary toxicity affects as many as 6% of individuals on amiodarone. Among these cases, fatality rates range from 10-20%. Eek. A safer, similar medication used for atrial fib is Multaq (dronedarone) which is more expensive than amiodarone but may be a better first choice given the lower risk of lung injury.
Nitrofurantoin (Macrobid) is a commonly prescribed antibiotic used to treat urinary tract infections. Nitrofurantoin has been linked to both acute and chronic lung injury, believed to be a hypersensitivity reaction from the drug.
Methotrexate (Rheumatrex) is used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis as well as other serious skin conditions and carries a known risk of acute interstitial pneumonia.
Biologic agents.Cetuximab (Erbitux), bevacizumab (Avastin), trastuzumab (Herceptin) and alemtuzumab (Lemtrada) are just a few of many in this newer class of medications that have been reported to cause drug induced interstitial lung disease. Again, these are medications used for serious illnesses like cancer and accepting the rare risk of interstitial lung disease may be “worth” it as you will be closely monitored.
Seizure medications.Phenytoin (Dilantin) and carbamazepine (Tegretol)—which is also used to treat pain from trigeminal neuralgia or shingles—are both known to cause drug-induced acute interstitial pneumonitis.
Aspirin and other NSAIDS (ibuprofen, naproxen) may cause acute pulmonary hypersensitivity reactions which may occur within the first week of treatment—or as late as three years after first exposure.
Sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim (Bactrim) is a sulfonamide-containing antibiotic used for bacterial infections. It is a rare cause of drug-induced interstitial lung disease.
Hydralazine is used for the treatment of high blood pressure and heart failure, and cases of nonspecific interstitial pneumonias have been reported.
Cholesterol medications aka “Statins.” This is tricky because while drug-induced interstitial lung disease has been reported with most statins including pravastatin (Pravachol), simvastatin (Zocor), and atorvastatin (Lipitor), they have also been shown in studies to be associated with lower mortality in people with interstitial lung disease and pulmonary fibrosis.
Drugs that can Lower or act as Immuno-suppressant’s
Diabetes Drugs:
Reported May 29, 2020, 4 p.m. Those with NDMA (N-Nitrosodimethylamine/ dimethylnitrosamine) formula: (CH₃)₂NNO were recalled and or banned worldwide. The Drugs listed are Metformin, ZANTAC (ranitidine) and other AND GENERIC ZANTAC OTC RANITIDINE DRUGS. All of the following can exacerbate, mask or contribute to Corona symptoms, course and severity, add to complications and complicate treatment of Corona. However many Doctors are still prescribing! (https://www.worldhealth.net/news/fda-recalls-extended-release-metformin-due-impurities/)
Exposure to NDMA can cause cancer. Injuries from NDMA exposure include but are not limited to:
PLEASE NOTE: The above is NOT comprehensive. A list of possible drugs causing and or exacerbating would easily run into the thousands of possible suspects. I personally interviewed a past VP Pharmacology of CVS Pharmacy, who told me emphatically it is scientifically and procedurally impossible to calculate the side effects, adverse reactions and co-morbidity of three or more drug simultaneously.
Considering that the average person in the US (48.4%) takes at least One drug per month more than 36.6% of person in the US take between 3 and 5 prescription chemical drugs per month (CDC: https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/fastats/drug-use-therapeutic.htm) it doesn’t take a science degree to see that 100% of all of these are likely to have one or more adverse effects and 36.6 % will likely have severe and complicated, un predictable list of adverse effects just from the drugs alone.
Let’s not forget the OTC Meds, NSAIDS (Non Steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs) etc. like the recently banned “Zantac” which also have a huge list of adverse effects including death.
Add GMO’s and Artificial sweeteners no to this growing list of factors which can cause or exacerbate co-morbity with … well… anything! Including with Covid.
List of side effects/ adverse effects of Artificial Sweeteners:
List of side effects, adverse effects of Artificial Sweeteners:
Studies have suggested an association between the use of non-nutritive sweeteners and health outcomes (such as body weight, diabetes, cancer, and oral health)… See earlier in this article references for these specific issues relating to co-morbidity!
According to Dr. Osborne: “Current research is limited on the beneficial effects and the long-term health risks associated with the ingestion of artificial sweeteners. However, cyclamate (an early artificial sweetener), was banned by the FDA in 1970 due to carcinogenic risks in experimental animals. With this ban, the artificial sweetener market took a hit. Consumers were left scared knowing there could be a cancer risk associated with ingestion of artificial sweeteners. Shortly after, manufacturers replaced one toxic artificial sweetener with new equally toxic sweetener. Many consumers report headaches, dizziness, rashes, bloating, nausea, diarrhea, and digestive problems after ingesting artificial sweeteners. These side effects could build up over time and cause serious long term diseases with regular consumption of these processed sugars.
Currently, the great debate is between the FDA and scientists. In a study determining the effects of saccharin, sucralose and aspartame consumption in both mice and humans, the ingestion of artificial sweeteners altered microbial metabolic pathways6. Studies indicated glucose intolerance was elevated due to changes in gut microbiota. Gut health has to be optimal in order to maintain a healthy immune system and normal metabolic functions in our body. Such metabolic functions include maintaining normal blood pressure, blood glucose, and cholesterol levels. More studies need to be conducted, but scientists believe that there is also a relationship between sweeteners and certain cancers, chronic fatigue syndrome, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, autism, and systemic lupus.7
In numerous studies observing weight loss with the ingestion of artificial sweeteners, there is not enough proof that consumption is beneficial in weight management2. Studies are able to show short-term weight loss, but lack any long term weight loss results. However, consumers are still consuming artificial sweeteners in order to reduce their caloric intake with the intent of weight loss based on physician’s recommendations.
Artificial Sweeteners can also develop into an addiction. These processed sugars are 200-13,000 times sweeter than regular sugar5. Over time, the consumption of these artificial sweeteners can alter taste buds and result in a constant craving for foods that are overly sweet. More nutritious foods such as fruits and vegetables become less palatable, so less nutritious sugar-free substitutes and carbohydrates are consumed instead. Consequently, risks for nutrient deficiencies and weight gain increase.”
