SCNM: Thai Yoga Center for Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy and Natural Medicine Photo’s September 2017 intensive Thai Yoga Therapy at The Native American Indigenous Church (NAIC): SomaVeda College of Natural Medicine and Thai Yoga Center located at the NAIC Sancturary in Brooksville, Florida.

Students participated in the NAIC Seminary: SomaVeda® Indigenous Thai Ayurveda and Thai Yoga Therapy Basic Practitioner Certificate Course (CTP1). This SomaVeda Integrated Traditional Therapies® Indigenous Thai Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy Practitioner Certificate Training included SomaVeda® Level One. Balance of the program was rescheduled do to mandatory evacuation for hurricane Irma!

CTP program includes fifteen additional courses emphasizing Sacred Nutrition, Counseling, Emotional Mental Health Strategies, Nutrition and supplementation to enhance practice results, Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy and Legal Guidelines for NAIC Ministers.

The SCNM: Thai Yoga Center Announces Indigenous Thai Yoga Therapy Practitioner Graduating Thai Yoga Class at NAIC Sanctuary

Brooksville, FL – January 2017 – Exceptional SomaVeda® Teachers, students and Practitioners from around the country and with varying levels of previous experience completed the January 2017: 200 hour SomaVeda® Indigenous Thai Yoga Practitioner Certificate program. The Traditional Thai Yoga Practitioner programs are conducted under the authority of NAIC/ SCNM: Thai Yoga Center.

Each one individually and as part of an amazing group completed the requirements necessary to graduate with the prestigious Thai Yoga Center Certified SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Practitioner and or Teacher certificate.

The SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Practitioner Certificate Program is a 27 day long, 200 hour intensive apprentice style immersion program covering many of the basic concepts of SomaVeda® Thai Yoga, Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy Indigenous Traditional Medicine (ITTM).

No other College of Natural Medicine, Registered School of Ayurveda and or Traditional Thai Yoga (Traditional Thai Massage) School offers this comprehensive curriculum.

Beginner and Intermediate students completed all required course work including additional personal intensive training and coaching with Aachan, Dr. Anthony B. James according to their individual practice. This individual coaching centered on spiritual and personal issues as well as both personal and professional ministry development. Every student learns how to develop a successful ministry model and therapeutic practice.

Each student was personally taught and coached individually by Aachan, Dr. Dr. Anthony B. James, Master teacher of SomaVeda® Thai Yoga supported by SomaVeda® Certified Teachers  Dr. Julie James, and Khruu Daniel Kram CTT. They now join the many other practitioners and teachers who have come out of SCNM: SomaVeda Integrated Traditional Therapies®: Thai Yoga Therapy and Indigenous Medicine courses.

SomaVeda® Thai Yoga, Certified Teacher Khruu Alex Ryberg demonstrates in CTP course.

Officially we have successfully completed our first year here at the ONACS Sanctuary hosting programs with the SomaVeda College of Natural Medicine and The Thai Yoga Center. Students from around the country attended intensive course work and in-class practice in the CTP1 curriculum. Course work included but was not limited to: Thai Traditional Medicine, Thai Traditional Massage: SomaVeda Integrated Traditional Therapies: Thai Yoga style, Classical Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy, Sacred Nutrition and food based therapies, GMO issues, SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Table, SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Chair, Classic Southern Method (Buddhai Sawan, Wat Po, Anantasuk styles), Classic Northern Method (Nuad Boran, Lek Chaiya, Tawee styles), Jap Sen, Tok Sen, Hill Tribe variants, Thai Yoga scientific research, Indications and Contra-indications, Psycho-spiritual and emotional therapeutics, Ayurveda Theory and Philosopy and specific ONACS Protocols for bringing relief of suffering to those afflicted with Cancer, Heart Disease, Diabetes, Chronic Pain and inflammatory disorders such as Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Gut Dysbiosis and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Students additionally completed studies on Natural and non-invasive alternatives using both traditional and evolving therapeutic approaches to infection and infectious disorders such as Lymes Disease, AIDS, Lupus and many more.

Also included course work on Native American Medicine, ceremony and practices which also included a field trip to the Pan-O-Kee Inter-tribal Powwow. We met with tribal elders and participated up close and personal Native Crafts, Music and traditional Dancing.

Students received instruction on over 62 different established Health and wellness benefits of Thai Yoga and Traditional Thai Massage both traditional and modern scientifically validated.

Additional course work included practice, business and ministry ethics and practice building.

June 12th. to July 8th. 2015: The Native American Indigenous Church: SomaVeda College of Natural Medicine and Thai Yoga Center located at the NAIC Sancturary in Brooksville, Florida. Graduates completed the NAIC Seminary: Thai Yoga Center, 200 Hr. SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Therapist Practitioner Certificate program. Additionally, CTP 2’s completed their separate Intermediate qualifications and course work. Lead SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Certified Teachers were Ajahn Dr. Anthony B. James, Khruu Dr. Julie James, Khruu Daniel Kram. This amazing SomaVeda Integrated Traditional Therapies®: Thai Yoga,Thai Traditional Massage, Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy and Natural Medicine program was also attended by elders and medicine persons of ONACS Buckeye Farm (Tennessee).
