SomaVeda™ Traditional Thai Yoga and Thai Massage Practitioner Certification Program and Retreat. (Levels 1- 5A & B plus 10 different supplemental professional courses and instruction) and The SomaVeda Institute of Natural Healing and The Thai Yoga Center. TYC is now offering our full 200 hour CTP program with full or greatly reduced tuition’s! We are offering a full tuition scholarship to the first 4 students to enroll in any scheduled program remaining in 2012!
The SomaVeda™ Thai Yoga Certification program provides the first level of education and recognition necessary to practice Ayurveda as a Yoga Therapists. The CTP is the first required program module in either our TCP, HHPA or DNMA/ ND educational path. Our HHPA and DNMA / ND programs are competency based and provide an alternative career path to those seeking a college level diploma and or degree in Ayurveda, Holistic and Natural Medicine from a spiritual and conscious perspective. Graduates from our advanced diploma and degree programs may qualify for Medical Licensing through the PMA!
2012 Schedule to Date
- 1) January 6th to February 2, 2012 (Closed Out!)
- 2) March 2nd to March 28th, 2012
- 3) April 6 to May 6, 2012: Thailand Month Long Training and Tour
- 4) June 1st to June 27th, 2012
Full or Reduced Full Tuition, 200 hour CEU, Certified Practitioner Program: First four (4) Sign ups receive full tuition scholarship. Thereafter at a greatly reduced rate! (This offer expires Wednesday, February 15th at 5:00pm or when all scholarships are issued which ever comes first.)
Please Note: On Site Housing is mandatory to qualify for eligibility for tuition scholarships. On-Site Housing is NOT required to attend TYC programs. Non residential students are considered Student at Large Registrations and may still qualify for special pricing based on date of registration and number of remaining available seats in any given class.

We have been paying attention and we believe, that the economy is in depression and that many students are not able to attend these valuable programs because they simply cannot afford the tuition. If you are one of these students we are reaching out to you with this scholarship offer. Aachan, Dr. Anthony James DM(P), ND, MD(AM), DPHC(h.c.) has been teaching for 30 years and has decided to donate his teaching and time to the program as a spiritual gift of service for a limited time. He decided that he did not want finances to be the primary determining factor in passing on his teachings and this art to worthy students. Aachan James volunteering his time, effort and energy to this program makes it possible to pass it on to a few students for no or reduced tuition.
For the first four (4) students to sign up for any scheduled CTP program in 2012, we will give a full 100% tuition scholarship for a CTP!
A full Thai Yoga Certified Practitioner program tuition is currently $3,495.00. A CTP is approximately a month long, 200 hour CEU boot camp intensive style training and certification program. It covers all of the 5 basic courses required to be competent SomaVeda Style, as a Thai Style Yoga Therapists and or Thai Massage practitioner. In addition, the CTP’s include all 11 additional certification modules such as Thai Table, Thai Chair, Thai Herbology, Basic Nutrition, Breast Cancer Awareness- Care and Prevention, Usui Reiki Attunement, Reishi yoga, Bio-Tapp etc. The additional modules separately priced would cost an additional $1700.00. That brings the total value of this incredible program to $5,195.00!
We must receive all request to receive scholarships and or reduced tuition for the 2012 school season by email, no later than Wednesday, February 15th. 2012, 5:00pm. Everything which would normally be included in our residential CTP program is included in the full or partial scholarships. Exclusions are the same as well.
