I was hoping you could help me understand a little about your pricing. Do you offer individual sessions, or do you also have any package or series options? And what is the investment for those?"
🌐 Online / Website Research
Navigate to their website. Look for a tab or page labeled Services, Rates, Fees, Packages, or Book Now. If pricing is not visible, click Book Online — most booking systems display the session rate before asking for any personal information.

Understanding A La Carte Pricing

A la carte is a financial service you are offering to your client.

When a client pays per session instead of committing to a full program, you are extending them the flexibility to pay as they go — and that service has a cost, just like any financial service. Think of it like paying interest when you finance something instead of paying cash up front.

This means your a la carte rate should always be higher than the per-session cost of your full program — not lower. Many new practitioners set it too low, thinking it will attract more clients. But a lower a la carte rate actually removes the client's incentive to ever commit to the full package.

Pay up front, earn the savings. Pay as you go, pay the convenience fee. That is how financial services work.

LOWEST / BEST DEAL Option A — Paid in Full  →  Client commits upfront, earns your discount
MIDDLE Option B — The Thirds Plan  →  Split into 3 payments, slight premium
HIGHEST Option C — Pay As You Go  →  Pay per session, highest per-session cost

💡 How to Use This to Upsell Your 7-Session Program

▼

The strategy in four steps:

Step 1 — Price your à la carte rate above the market.
Research what others charge (that is what this tab is for). Then add 20–30% above that average. You are SomaVeda trained — price like it.
Step 2 — Let the first session sell itself.
Do not pitch the program before the work. Let the client experience what you do. A relaxed, impressed client is far more open to committing.
Step 3 — Show them the three options side by side.
After the session, open the Program Pricing tab and say: "Here are your three ways to continue. Option A saves you the most. Option B lets you split it into three payments. Or you can keep coming back à la carte — that is what you paid today." You are not selling. You are showing two numbers.
Step 4 — Explain what commitment actually buys.
A client who commits to 7 sessions shows up consistently and gets real results. A pay-as-you-go client often disappears after session one or two. The program protects your income AND serves your client better. That is a win for everyone.

⚠️ The savings note at the bottom of the Program Pricing tab shows exactly how much your client saves by choosing Option A over à la carte. If that number is negative, your à la carte rate is too low — raise it until the savings are real and meaningful.
