Sexual Reflexology and The Bridge between Yoga Tantra, Chi-Gung and Human Sexuality:

Topics covered include Universal Tao, Importance of Meditation in sexual reflexology, Basics of Traditional Chinese medicine and Yoga Ayurveda as they relate to the energy of sex and healing, Male and Female energies (Yin and Yang principles), History of Tantra and Sexual Reflexology, Anatomy of reproductive health Male and female perspectives and interaction, Exercises and Yoga Asana to develop specific muscles and control, Sexual healing positions, 8 Positions for Man, Seven Positions for women, Exchanging sexual energy as a healing prayer, Energising postures for cultivating sexual energy, Hand Positions, Eye Movements, Sensual expression vs. overt sexual expression of love, Expressing love through posture and facilitated Asana, Energizing postures with Eight Healing Benefits, Ejaculation and Management of Menstrual Cyle for health and wellness, Chakra and cultivation of Kundalini, Asana and Cultivation of Kundalini, Breath and Kundalini, Controlled contact exercise and cultivation of Prana and Kundalini, Physical Characteristics, Compatibility, Sexercises, Internal Organs and the Five Elements, Principles of Polyamory, social nudism and naturism explore body acceptance, Additional extercises and visualization.
This Tantric Yoga course of study is an adult only, age restricted to students aged 21 and older and contains graphic, medical, information and practices which are sexual in nature, some course work may be in a clothing optional environment. This course is only available to advanced graduate practitioners and apprentice students by special request.
