Maureen facilitates opening the body and the mind as a Certified SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Advanced Therapist and SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Teacher, Certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, and Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Missouri (no. 2014019204). She has over 2000 hours of massage and Thai Yoga education, and has been practicing full time for 2 years. She graduated from The Healing Arts Center in St. Louis, MO specializing in Myofascial Release. Maureen has been to India three times to experience PanchaKarma Detoxification and has a 40 hour certificate in Ayurvedic Dietary Analysis. She has also taken courses in Bio-Energetics, and Conscious Movement. She works out of Shanti Yoga STL based in the heart of downtown Maplewood, MO.
