My name is Dr. Maureen Hughes. I'm here to help assist people in their health and wellness goals. I'm a mind/body/spirit performance coach that works to a great extent with the body. As a Certified SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Advanced Therapist, I offer a unique blend of many types of work to help people become the best they can through Programs, although I do offer single sessions. Though as we all know, a little bit of change made day to day leads to longer term changes that stay.
I have been a Certified SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Advanced Therapist since January 2015. I have alsio been a Licensed Massage Therapist since July 2015. I also ran my own school for SomaVeda Traditional and Indigenous Therapies for 7 years. I have had over 1000 clients, 2000 hours of massage and wellness education, over 150 students of SomaVeda, 3000 hours of yoga instruction, and over 8000 hours of client interface. I also have a PhD in Biology and Biomedical Sciences with an emphasis in Immunology. I work with people from all walks of life, who have pain they want to release.

I also offer the use of healing devices for reducing swelling and pain of many types. The basis of the technologies are infrared, PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic frequencies) to reduce swelling and increase circulation and oxygenation, and the Avacen - a unique device that alters circulation and helps reduce fight or flight. I also sell some devices, the one I love is called the DNA Vibe Jazz Band Live, and it is affordable.
