Lydia Smith, CTF,CATP, LMT, RYT

Lydia has been practicing healing arts since 2007 when she received her certification as a hatha yoga teacher from Yandara Yoga Institute in Todos Santos, Baja, Mexico. She graduated from the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics and practiced massage and bodywork until she was introduced to Thai Yoga in January of 2011. She now incorporates what she has learned from all of her education into every session.

Lydia first developed an interest in healing and helping others as a child growing up in Ivory Coast, West Africa where her parents do nonprofit and mission work. She has since then developed a deep interest in exploring cultures around the world and their ways of healing and artful expressions. She plans to use this interest and passion to continue her studies Ayurveda, TCM (traditional chinese medicine), martial arts, homeopathy, naturopathy, and all forms of yoga. She also loves dancing and thai yoga “feels so much like dancing!”.
